- Milk, 2 cups
- Paprika, 1 teaspoon
- Chili powder, 1 teaspoon
- Garlic powder, 1/2 teaspoon
- Cayenne pepper, 1 teaspoon
- Cumin seeds, 1 teaspoon
- Hot pepper sauce, 1 teaspoon
- Tomato ketchup, 1 tablespoon
- Salt
- Shredded cheese, One pound

Instructions
Step 1
Prepare a saucepan in which you will cook the Mexico Chiquito cheese dip. Turn the heat to medium and let the saucepan warm up a bit.
Step 2
Place the butter stick in a saucepan and let it melt completely. As soon as the butter is completely melted, reduce the heat to low and pour the all-purpose flour in, mixing slowly as the flour and butter mix well and the raw flavor is lost.
Step 3
While stirring, slowly pour in the milk. Add the remaining ingredients, except for the cheese, and stir constantly so it doesn’t stick to the bottom.
Step 4
Add the cheese after mixing the ingredients and let it melt. Continue stirring until it reaches the consistency of a sauce. A sauce should be thick, but not stiff. If it’s too runny it’ll be difficult to mix.
Step 5
Remove it from the heat and pour it into the sauce serving dish. Leave it to cool for a few minutes. You can serve it with tortilla chips or nacho chips.
