It consists of small steamed dumplings stuffed with a mixture of pork, vegetables, and dried buckwheat husks. The dumplings are boiled and served in soup or broth. Some versions of the dish include rice noodles.

In Chinese cuisine, dim sims are deep-fried or steamed dumplings stuffed with meat, cabbage, and seasonings. If you don’t want to spend a lot of time cooking, this dim sim recipe will save you time, since you can use store-bought ingredients.

How To Make Dim Sim Recipe

Dim sum, or dumplings, are popular Chinese take-out dishes. They often arrive as part of a large meal that includes dumplings, chilies, ginger, meat, and more. They can include a variety of different flavors and ingredients. Today we’re going to be making my own version of dim sum to use when I have leftover pork chops. I’ve also created the ingredients list for you so you can make your own.

Ingredients

  • Minced pork, 250 grams
  • Grated ginger, 1 small piece
  • 1-2 Cabbage Leaves (Chopped)

Instructions

Step 1

To make the mixture, mix finely chopped vegetables with pork mince, add seasonings, and mix until it becomes pasty.

Step 2
