This recipe was just for my own personal use but it is really easy to modify to suit your own recipe requirements. Ingredients
- Cooking spray
- 1 egg
- Fresh broccoli, 15-16 ounces
- Mushroom soup mix, 1 package
- Cheddar cheese, 1 cups
- Onions (chopped), ½ cup
- Mayonnaise, 1 cup
- Butter, 2 sticks
- Chili powder, 1 teaspoon
Instructions
Step 1
Beat the egg in a large mixing bowl. Once the egg is creamy and fluffy, add in the soup mix and the broccoli pieces. After the broccoli is properly coated with soup mix and eggs, stir the mixture properly.
Step 2
Add chopped onions and cheddar cheese on top to create a savory and creamy texture. Using a hand mixer, mix the ingredients until thick.
Step 3
After adding the chili powder and mayonnaise, the broccoli mixture should be creamy and fluffy. Grease the surface of a baking pan with oil or cooking spray. Sprinkle the melted butter sticks over the prepared broccoli mixture in a baking pan.
Step 4
After that, place the baking pan for 40-45 minutes in a preheated 350-degree oven until the outer layer is crispy and golden.
Step 5
