Ingredients
- Fettucine noodles, 8 oz
- cream cheese, 4 oz
- Butter (Salted), 2 tablespoon
- Sour cream, 16 oz
- Salt, 1/2 teaspoon
- Pepper, 1/4 teaspoon
- Garlic powder, 1/2 teaspoon
- Shredded parmesan cheese (divided), 1 cup
- Paprika, 1/4 teaspoon
Instructions
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Cook the noodles until they are al dente. Drain and add the noodles back to the pot. Put the pan back on the stove while it is still hot.
Step 2
Stir the butter and cream cheese until they are melted. Add the sour cream, salt, garlic powder, pepper, and half the parmesan cheese.
Step 3
Prepare a small baking dish by spraying it with non-stick spray. Pour the noodles and sauce into the baking dish.
Step 4
Spread the remaining parmesan cheese over the noodles and sprinkle with paprika.
Step 5
Bake uncovered for 30 minutes, until hot and bubbly. Serve immediately.
