- Chicken broth, 8 cups
- Pasta noodles (any choice), 8 oz
- Cooked chicken (diced), 8 oz
- 2 small carrots (cut into rounds)
- Parsley (chopped), 1/8 cup
- Kosher salt (to taste)
- Freshly ground black pepper, 1 teaspoon
Instructions
Step 1
Pour water into a medium saucepan and bring the water to a boil. Then add pasta noodles and cook for 5 minutes, or until al dente. When done, drain the noodles and rinse them with cold water to keep them from getting sticky.
Step 2
