Today I’m gonna share with you a delicious keto frittata recipe; it’s one of my favorite recipe. it is easy to make and straightforward. 

In this delicious recipe.  I’m going to be putting in some great ingredients.some wholesome fresh ingredients some broccoli and some turkey bacon. And so I’m going to get to the ingredient list in just a moment, but as I said, this is one of my favorite comfort foods growing up as a kid.

Because you know when you come home and you want to make a sandwich, and you could put this on anything. You could put it on Nikita cloud bread. You can make a grilled nice great sandwich out of it. But you could have it for lunch you could ever have for dinner you could have it for breakfast.

I come home sometimes, and I’m just starving, and I’ll grab a piece of it like a wedge almost like a slice of pizza, and I’ll eat it. just like that. So this is an excellent go-to dinner lunch breakfast snack for anything you want.

Let’s go over the ingredients, so I’ve got here turkey bacon-onion chopped onion chopped garlic. I’ve got broccoli, and what’s the broccoli you know you can use anything you want. I like broccoli because it stays beautiful and dense, but you can use another excellent vegetable asparagus. Just cut it up into small pieces, maybe on the bias a little bit of an angle. But broccoli is going in, and that’s excellent, of course, eggs.

I’ve got a dozen eggs here, and I’ve got some grass-fed cheese, just a little bit of it not too much. Another thing I like to use in this many times, which gives an excellent cheesy taste but has incredible nutritional value. And that is nutritional yeast. And so Bragg’s makes a great one for that. But I’m just going to put regular grass-fed cheesiness.

Low Carb Keto Frittata Recipe

Ingredients

6 Eggs

4 slices of Bacon

½ teaspoon of Salt

½ teaspoon of Pepper

¼ cup of Heavy Cream

2 tablespoons of Butter

4 ounces of Baby Spinach

1 cup of Mushrooms, sliced

1 cup of Cheddar Cheese, shredded

How To Make Keto Frittata Recipe

Step 1

180c/355f your oven preheat.

Step 2

keep the cast iron frying pan overheat.

Step 3

Add the bacon in the pan. 

Step 4

Cook for about 5 minutes and then add the butter.

Step 5

Add the sauce and Mushrooms for over 4 minutes.

Step 6

Place the spinach and cook for another 2 minutes, until it has just faded. Turn off the heat.

Step 7

Sprinkle the cheddar over the sauteed ingredients.

Step 8

Now add the eggs, cream, salt, and pepper in a mixing bowl. And whisk them properly.

Step 9

Drain the egg mixture into the pan and place the container into the oven.

Step 10

Cook for 20 minutes, or until the egg no longer jiggles.

Step 11

Remove from the oven, slice into four pieces, and serve.
