- Chicken cutlets (boneless), 1.5 Pounds
- Milk, 3/4 cup
- Creamy peanut butter, 3 tablespoon
- 1 egg
- Salt and pepper (to taste)
- Corn Flakes (crushed), 2-3 cups
- Vegetable Oil
For The Sauce
- Creamy peanut butter, ½ cup
- Soy sauce, 3 tablespoon
- Brown sugar, 3 tablespoon
- Water, 3/4 cup
- Honey

Step 1
Combine milk, 3 tbsp peanut butter, and egg in a bowl. Season with salt and pepper. Let the chicken soak in this mixture for a few minutes while you prepare the rest.

Prepare the sauce by placing all ingredients in a glass measuring cup or other microwave-safe containers. If you don’t reach your desired consistency after adding half a cup of water, you might add more later.
