- Flour, 325 grams
- Caster sugar, 150 grams
- Egg, 1
- Seed oil, 120 grams
- Whole plain yogurt, 120 grams
- Milk, 120 grams
- Berry of vanilla extract , 1/2
- Baking powder, 2 teaspoons
- Salt, 1 pinch
- Bicarbonate, 1/2 teaspoon

Whisk the egg and sugar together with a whisk until the mixture is light and fluffy. Add the milk, oil, and yogurt.
