What Kind Of Potatoes Can I Use?
It’s best to use medium-size red potatoes for the Texax Roadhouse mashed potatoes recipe. You may also use Yukon gold or russet potatoes. Make sure the russet potatoes are peeled before using this recipe since russet potato peels can be rather unpleasant.
Can I Just Use A Potato Masher?
Hand mixers are the only way to achieve the same consistency as Texas Roadhouse mashed potatoes. However, a blender might also work.
