- Vegetable oil, 1/4 cup
- Vanilla extract, 1/2 tablespoon
- White vinegar, 1/2 teaspoon
- Baking soda, 1/2 teaspoon
- Salt, 1/4 teaspoon
For The Topping
- Brown sugar, 3 tablespoon
- Granulated sugar, 3 tablespoon
- All-purpose flour, 6 tablespoon
- Salt, 1/16 teaspoon
- Butter, 2 1/5 tablespoon
Instructions
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Put liners into a muffin pan and spray them with a quick spray.
Step 2
Melt the butter and let it sit for a few minutes. Combine all topping ingredients besides the butter.

To make crumbles, take some of the melted butter and mix it with a fork. Then mix all the butter together. Place aside.
