Ingredients
- Chokecherries, 4 quarts
- Water, 4 quarts
- Sugar, 6 cups
- Certo pectin, 1 package (85 g)
Instructions
Step 1
Boil the berries in water for half an hour. Strain.
Step 2
Add 6 cups of sugar to every 4 cups of syrup. Bringing to a rolling boil.
Step 3
Add one package of Certo. Boil for another minute.
