It’s been a long time since I have made a coconut milk smoothie but I was inspired to create this one some time ago. I would like to share a smoothie recipe with you today, which is very simple and easy to make, and hopefully, you’ll like it.
Ingredients
- Frozen strawberries, 2 cups (or other frozen fruit: blueberries, mixed berries, pineapple, mango, etc)
- Bananas, 2
- Full fat coconut milk, 1/2 cup
- Water, 3/4 cup
- Ice, 1/2 cup
Instructions
Step 1
In a blender, combine all ingredients, breaking the banana into pieces. Blend until creamy and frothy, stopping to scrape the sides as required.
Step 2
If it separates, shake it to reintegrate. Eat immediately or store in a sealed jar for 1 day.
