Step 1
In a bowl, combine the semolina, bread flour, and gluten flour. Transfer the mixture to Philips Pasta Maker equipped with the spaghetti extrusion disc. Close the lid.
Step 2
In a small cup, add the eggs and water and mix well. Set the machine to the quantity you want to make. Press the Start button. Pour the water mixture slowly through the opening in the lid.
Step 3
In a few minutes, pasta dough will emerge and noodles will appear. Take the first noodles and cut them into about 10 cm long pieces, then place them back into the machine’s mixing tank. This is because the first noodles are too smooth.
Step 4
Extruded noodles will be produced. Cut pasta about every 35 cm. To prevent sticking, add some katakuriko/potato starch to the pasta. Run the machine until it stops.

- Extra Virgin Olive Oil, 1 Tablespoon
- Water, 160 ml
- Flour Farm Organic Gluten-Free Flour Blend, 5 ounces
- Tapioca Flour, 3 ounces
- 2 Large Eggs
- 3 Large Egg Yolks
- Raw Grass-Fed Whey, 2 tablespoon
- Xanthan Gum, 2 teaspoon
- Guar Gum, 1 teaspoon
- Pink Salt (to taste)
- Acacia Fiber, 1/2 tablespoon
Instructions
Step 1
Whisk the eggs and oil together until well combined. Pour the mixture into the ml measuring cup that comes with the pasta maker.
Step 2
The amount must equal 160 ml if it does not. Add enough water to fill. In case you have more than 160 ml, remove enough of the egg/oil mixture to reach 160 ml.
Step 3
Combine Flour Farm Organic Gluten-Free Flour Blend, Tapioca Flour, Raw Grass Fed Whey, Xanthan Gum, Guar Gum, Pink Salt, Acacia Fiber in a medium bowl.
Step 4
Start the pasta maker. Use your maker’s liquid with egg function on the maker for TWO kneading cycles.
Step 5
We knead the pasta for six minutes before the machine begins to extrude. Our pasta maker has a three-minute knead cycle. When using a pasta machine that only has a knead cycle of 6 minutes or more, use only one cycle.
Step 6
You can either boil the pasta in water or air dry it on a rack. Whenever you eat pasta straight from the machine, cook it for 2-3 minutes or until you’re satisfied. Lasagne does not require the fresh pasta to be cooked before assembling. Enjoy!
