- Fine Celtic salt or sea salt, 1/4 teaspoon
- Pumpkin Pie Spice, 1 tablespoon
- Alcohol-free vanilla extract, 1 1/2 teaspoons
- Dark chocolate chips, 1 cup (optional)
FOR CRUMBLE TOPPINGS:
- Organic banana chips (homemade or store-bought)
- Walnuts (finely diced), 1/3 cup
- Chopped pecans, 1/3 cup
- Organic alcohol-free vanilla extract, 1 1/2 teaspoons
- Coconut oil (melted), 1/2 tablespoon
Instructions for Kelly and Ryan Banana Bread
Step 1:
To begin, prepare the crumble topping. This can be done by finely chopping the pecans, walnuts, and banana chips. Add the chopped items to a medium-sized glass bowl. Then add 1/2 teaspoon melted coconut oil. Next, add the chopped pecans, walnuts, and banana chips. Combine with the vanilla extract and coconut oil in a large bowl.
