- Jiffy cornbread mix, 1
- Eggs, 3
- Onion (Medium, chopped), 1

- Garlic powder, 1/4 teaspoon
- Red pepper, 1/4 teaspoon

Step 1
To remove excess moisture from broccoli, press it between paper towels.
