- Banana mashed, 1 medium
- Fat-free natural yogurt, 1/2 cup (110g)
- Vanilla extract / paste, 1 tsp
- Egg, 1 large (separated)
- Waffle Mix & Kodiak Power Cakes Flapjack, 3/4 cup (80g)
- Water, 2 – 3 tbsp
- Blueberries handful, 1/2 cup
- Calorie-controlled cooking oil, 5 – 10 sprays
Instructions
Step 1
Mash the banana in a medium bowl until smooth and lump-free.
Combine the yogurt and vanilla extract/paste with the mashed banana.
Step 2
Then add the Kodiak mixture and mix until smooth.
Step 3
The egg yolk should be placed with the banana mixture, while the egg white should be placed in a separate bowl.
Step 4
Add the egg yolk to the banana mixture and add a couple of teaspoons of water to make a spoonable batter.

Add the blueberries and fold them in.
