For The Steak
- Ground Beef, 1 1/2 pounds

- Beef Broth, 2 cups
- Ketchup, 1 tablespoon
- Seasoning Sauce, 1 teaspoon

- Cornstarch, 1 tablespoon
- Black pepper
Instructions
For The Steak
Step 1
Mix together the ground beef, ketchup, breadcrumbs, dry mustard, Worcestershire sauce, and salt and pepper. Using your hands, knead until well combined.
Step 2
Make 4 to 6 oval patties and then draw lines across them to give them a steak appearance.
Step 3
Pour the butter and oil in a skillet over medium-high heat and fry the patties until they are no longer pink in the middle. Remove and drain the excess grease from the skillet.
For The Gravy
Step 1
Add the sliced onions and turn the heat down to medium.
Step 2
