Ingredients
- Extra large eggs (slightly beaten), 3
- Sugar, 1 cup
- Butter (melted), 2 tablespoon
- Dark corn syrup, 1 cup
- Vanilla, 1 teaspoon
- Jack Daniel’s, 1/4 cup
- Chocolate chips (Semi-sweet), 1/2 cup
- Whole pecans, 1 cup
- 1 10-inch pie crust (unbaked)
Instructions
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit. Mix together the eggs, sugar, butter, corn syrup, vanilla, and whiskey. Stir well and strain.
Step 2
Over the bottom of the crust, sprinkle most of the chips. Top with pecans. Spread the filling over the chips and pecans. Sprinkle the remaining chips on top.
