Ingredients

To make the cinnamon dolce syrup

  • Light brown sugar, 1 cup 
  • Ground cinnamon, 1 teaspoon 
  • Water, 1 cup 

To make the frappuccino drink

  • Almond milk, 1 cup 
  • Vanilla ice cream, 1 cup (you can use just ice)
  • Cinnamon dolce syrup, 3-4 tablespoons 
  • Whipped cream, 2 tablespoons 
  • Ground cinnamon, 1/4 teaspoon 

Instructions

Step 1

Combine brown sugar and cinnamon in a small saucepan.

Step 2

Bring the water to a boil.

Step 3

Cook on low heat for 5 minutes, or until the mixture coats the back of a spoon.

Step 4

Allow the syrup to cool completely after removing it from the heat.

Step 5

The syrup should be stored in an airtight container.

Frappuccino Directions

Step 1

Blend almond milk, ice cream (or ice) and cinnamon dolce syrup together.

Step 2

Smoothly blend all ingredients.

Step 3

Pour the frappuccino into a glass.

Step 4

If desired, top with whipped cream and cinnamon.
