White Christmas Recipe

Today I am going to share with you a white Christmas recipe that is extremely easy and delicious. The creamy crackle of this slice is studded with jewels of glace cherries and dried fruit, making it appealing to look at as well as to eat. Whether you give it as a standalone gift or as part of a Christmas hamper, this is the perfect foodie gift.

Ingredients
  

  • 500 gram White chocolate melts
  • 1 1/2 cups Rice bubbles
  • 100 gram Coles glace cherries halved
  • 160 gram Almonds roasted and halved
  • 160 gram Sultanas
  • 1 cup Desiccated coconut
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract

Instructions
 

  • Prepare a baking pan measuring 30cm x 20cm with baking paper.
  • In a heatproof bowl, melt the chocolate over simmering water. Stir in the remaining ingredients.
  • Fill the prepared pan with the mixture, pressing down evenly with a large metal spoon. Place in the refrigerator for 4 hours or until set.
  • Place the slice on a chopping board. Prepare the knife by dipping it in hot water. Cut the slices into squares. Enjoy!
