Taylor Street Baked Ziti Recipe is a delicious pasta dish with a rich, cheesy taste. It’s almost always served with some sort of meat sauce, and the perfect one is “Baked Ziti”. It’s usually made with meatballs, but you can swap in pretty much anything you like.

16 ounces dried or fresh Ziti Pasta 2 ounces Olive Oil 1 pound ground Italian Sausage 2 tablespoons minced Garlic 1 cup White Wine 12 ounces diced Tomatoes 20 ounces Marinara Sauce store-bought or homemade 1 ounce Butter 1 ounce chopped Basil 8 ounces shredded Mozzarella Cheese
Cook pasta according to package directions until it is al dente. Drain them. Remove from heat.
Heat a sauté pan with oil. On medium-high heat, place the pan.
Add Italian sausage to hot oil when it is shimmering. Cook sausage until pink has disappeared.
You can also add garlic. After 30 seconds, continue cooking.
Then add the white wine. Bring wine to a simmer and reduce until almost completely dry.
Chop basil and add chopped tomatoes, marinara sauce, butter, and marinara sauce to the pan. Make sure the mixture is mixed well.
Remove from heat and let cool.
Add half of the mozzarella and the pasta. Blend well.
Prepare a baking dish by transferring the mixture there.
Add the remaining mozzarella and parmesan cheeses on top.
A convection oven or a broiler can be used to cook cheese for approximately 2 - 3 minutes.
Serve immediately with a sprig of basil.
