Ingredients
  

  • 1⁄2 cup soy sauce
  • 1⁄2 cup water
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar (packed)
  • 1 garlic clove (minced)
  • 1⁄4 teaspoon red pepper

Instructions
 

  • In a medium bowl, combine all the ingredients.
  • Pour over beef or pork and marinate for about 8 hours or overnight.
  • You can grill or broil meat. If you have leftover marinade. It is recommended to discard leftover marinade.
