8 oz block of cream cheese 2 tablespoons easy dry rub Optional 1-2 teaspoons olive oil 1 tablespoon honey thinly sliced green onion
To smoke pellets, turn the grill on. On a plate with a rim, spread the dry rub.
Rub the dry rub over the cream cheese, gently pressing it in until the entire block is covered.
In a cross-hatch pattern, score the cream cheese block's top.
Olive oil spray or drizzle can be used if desired.
