Panera Passion Green Smoothie

I’m going, to be honest: I like smoothies. I know, I know — I’m not a nutritionist, I just like them. Who doesn’t? I love the convenience of a smoothie in the morning, and I secretly love the taste of them as well. And I know a lot of people — especially women — who start their days with breakfast smoothies. So I wanted to share this happy news with everyone else. This is a recipe for a Panera green smoothie made with spinach, mangoes, and white grape juice.

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup Baby spinach leaves 1/2 cup
  • 1 Ripe peach 1 fresh/frozen (chopped)
  • 1/2 cup Fresh/frozen ripe mangoes 1/2 cup (chopped)
  • 3/4 cup Passion fruit juice 3/4 cup
  • 1/4 cup White grape juice 1/4 cup
  • 1/2 cup Ice 1/2 cup

Instructions
 

  • In a blender, combine baby spinach leaves, chopped peaches, and chopped mangoes. Add passion fruit juice and crushed ice. Blend until smooth.
  • Blend for 5 minutes, until all the ingredients come together into a semi-thick texture.
  • Add some water and blend for a minute if you prefer a runny consistency.
