Moe’s Southwest Grill Chicken Burrito Recipe 
Whether you love Mexican food or not, chances are you’ve probably enjoyed a Moe’s Southwest Grill Burrito. It’s one of those foods that everyone loves; and to many, those rolls that come with each meal aren’t very different from cheese puffs. While some people find Crunchy Taco Burritos to be the best, there are a number of others who prefer Moe’s Southwest Grill’s version of the same burrito.

1/2  lb  Chicken  1/2 pound (or Chicken Breasts, 2 ) Olive Oil or Vegetable Oil 1  Freshly squeezed juice of lime  1 2  tbsp  Dried Red Pepper Flakes  2 tablespoons 2  Garlic  2 cloves (minced) 1  can  Black Beans  1 can (drained and rinsed) 2  Whole Wheat Tortillas  as needed 8  oz  Mexican-Blend Shredded Cheese  One 8-ounce bag Salsa  as needed, store-bought or homemade 1  Fresh cilantro  1 bunch of (chopped) 
Slice up the chicken into small pieces.
Cover the bottom of a small skillet with oil. Put it over medium heat.
Add lime juice, red pepper flakes and garlic to the hot oil.
In the oil, saute the chicken until it starts to turn brown. Then remove the chicken from the skillet. Remove from heat.
In the skillet, heat the black beans with the used oil. Alternatively, microwave them.
When Ready to Serve Put a tortilla on a microwave-safe plate.
About 2 tablespoons of shredded cheese should be sprinkled on the tortilla.
Microwave tortilla for 10 – 15 seconds until cheese is melted.
Add cooked chicken, warm black beans, salsa, and cilantro. Wrap into a burrito shape.
If desired, serve with sauce and/or salsa.
