GARLIC SOY SAUCE 1/2 cup Water 1 cup Soy sauce 1 cup Sugar 1 clove Garlic minced 1/4 cup Green onions chopped 1/4 tsp Freshly grated ginger Shichimi togarashi optional CHICKEN 3 lbs Chicken drummettes or wings 2 tbsp Garlic salt 1/4 tsp Garlic powder 1/2 tsp White pepper 2 cups Flour 1 quart Canola oil
The chicken should first be cleaned with fresh water and dried carefully.
Put the garlic salt, flour, garlic powder, and pepper in a large zip lock bag and shake well.
Once again, shake the plastic bag with the chicken inside. Ensure that the flour mixture is well coated on the chicken.
Place the bag in the refrigerator for 30 to 45 minutes.
Stir well all the ingredients of soy sauce together.
Remove the chicken mixture to a frying pan once the garlic soy sauce is ready.
Then heat the oil to 365-375 degrees and fry the chicken until golden brown.
Place all the chicken on the paper towel to absorb the extra oil.
Serve the chicken with garlic soy sauce.
