In-N-Out Sauce

In-N-Out offers french fries made from fresh potatoes harvested at select stores daily as well as hand-cut onion rings that are delivered twice a week from local suppliers. All of their products are free of trans fats or MSG and they have never used any preservatives in their food items. In recent years In N out has been voted America’s favourite quick-service burger.

Ingredients
  

  • ½ cup Mayonnaise
  • 3 tbsp Ketchup
  • 2 tbsp sweet pickle relish
  • 1 1/2 tsp Sugar
  • 1 1/2 tsp Distilled white vinegar

Instructions
 

  • Combine the pickle relish with the other ingredients by chopping it up.
  • Combine mayonnaise, ketchup, sweet pickle relish, sugar, and distilled white vinegar in a bowl.
  • Add the sugar and stir until it dissolves and the ingredients are thoroughly combined. Make sure the consistency is thick enough but not too runny. Make sure the consistency is the same as the recipe for In n Out sauce.
  • Refrigerate the bowl for an hour. Vinegar can cause other ingredients to release water.
  • Observe the smoothness and texture. Enjoy with your burger and fries.
