- 1 ½ cups Almond flour
- ½ cup Coconut oil (melted)
- ½ cup Almond milk (unsweetened)
- ½ teaspoon Sea salt
- ¾ cup Ground flaxseed meal
- ¼ cup Psyllium husk powder
- 2 teaspoons Baking powder
- 5 Large eggs
- 1 tablespoon Apple cider vinegar
Heat oven to 350°F.
Line loaf pan with parchment paper.
Mix almond flour, coconut oil, almond milk, salt, flaxseed, psyllium, and baking powder.
Whisk eggs and add to the dry mix.
Stir in apple cider vinegar.
Transfer batter to the pan and spread evenly.
Bake for 40 minutes. Enjoy!
