Ingredients
  

  • 1 ½ cups  Almond flour
  • ½ cup  Coconut oil (melted)
  • ½ cup Almond milk (unsweetened)  
  • ½ teaspoon  Sea salt
  • ¾ cup  Ground flaxseed meal
  • ¼ cup  Psyllium husk powder
  • 2 teaspoons  Baking powder
  • Large eggs
  • 1 tablespoon  Apple cider vinegar

Instructions
 

  • Heat oven to 350°F.
  • Line loaf pan with parchment paper.
  • Mix almond flour, coconut oil, almond milk, salt, flaxseed, psyllium, and baking powder.
  • Whisk eggs and add to the dry mix.
  • Stir in apple cider vinegar.
  • Transfer batter to the pan and spread evenly.
  • Bake for 40 minutes. Enjoy!

Notes

  • Mix everything together nicely to make it smooth.
  • Let it take a break before baking to rise up really well.
