This recipe is perfect for the winter months when you want to make a hearty, filling dish. It’s also great because it can be served with mashed potatoes and gravy. This gravy has a strong savoury flavour from the bright yellow colour from all of the browned bits in the roux, and a kick from the spicy kick from the cayenne pepper. A hearty dish with a bold flavour, this recipe is a must-try for everyone who appreciates a good steak.
